Ley 389 del 13 de julio de 2023<\/h3>

Que regula el funcionamiento de los centros educativos posmedia y de los institutos t\u00e9cnicos superiores o de ense\u00f1anza superior.<\/p>

Art\u00edculo 37:<\/strong> Los centros de educaci\u00f3n posmedia y los institutos t\u00e9cnicos superiores o centros de ense\u00f1anza superior, oficiales o particulares, fomentar\u00e1n la movilidad acad\u00e9mica, estudiantil y docente la cual ser\u00e1 reconocida de acuerdo con convenios y acuerdos bilaterales.<\/p>

Art\u00edculo 38:<\/strong> Los centros de educaci\u00f3n posmedia y los centros de ense\u00f1anza superior o institutos superiores, oficiales o particulares, pueden ofrecer carreras o programas o de doble titulaci\u00f3n, a trav\u00e9s de convenios suscritos bilateralmente.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
